A Deep Connection to New Zealand
Your NZ Concierge was founded by Tania Jeffs after years of personally hosting and guiding international travellers throughout New Zealand, building a reputation for exceptional service, local knowledge, and deeply personalised journeys.
As demand grew for more tailored, luxury-focused experiences, the business evolved into a dedicated luxury travel concierge service — centred around private access, personalised journey design, and seamless high-touch service that goes far beyond what a traditional travel agency can offer.
Tania's connection to New Zealand spans generations. Through her Māori ancestry, she descends from some of the earliest Polynesian navigators who settled Aotearoa New Zealand. Her English heritage is also closely woven into New Zealand's history, with ancestors including William Cook, whose story remains documented in the Bay of Islands, one of the country's most significant historic regions.
Unlike many travel designers who experience New Zealand from behind a desk, Tania's knowledge has been built through years of travelling the country firsthand, developing trusted relationships, exploring its regions, and personally hosting guests from around the world.
Tania sets the journey-design and service standards for Your NZ Concierge and remains involved in key recommendations and exceptional arrangements. She is supported by a trusted concierge and operations team, allowing every guest to receive attentive service without unnecessary handovers.
For a limited number of guests each year, exclusive Founder-Led Journeys provide the opportunity to experience New Zealand alongside Tania herself.
