Information We Collect
We may collect your name, contact details, country or location, travel dates, party information, journey preferences, accessibility or dietary requirements, communications with us, website enquiry information and information required to coordinate confirmed travel services.
How We Use It
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, design and quote journeys, coordinate bookings and services, communicate with travellers and authorised representatives, manage payments and records, improve our services, maintain security and meet our legal obligations.
Related Company — Your NZ Driver Limited
Your NZ Concierge Limited and Your NZ Driver Limited are related companies. Where necessary to quote, coordinate or deliver services for your journey — for example, where private chauffeur transport or ground transport is arranged — we may share relevant personal information with Your NZ Driver Limited. Both companies use a common operational and customer relationship management (Ops/CRM) environment to manage enquiries and bookings. Information shared is limited to what is reasonably required for the relevant purpose.
Suppliers
Where necessary to plan or deliver a requested service, we may share relevant information with approved accommodation, activity, guiding, aviation, transport, restaurant, technology or other travel-service providers. We only share information reasonably required for that purpose.
Marketing
We send marketing or travel inspiration only where you have opted in or where otherwise permitted. You may unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing does not prevent us from sending communications needed for an active enquiry or booking.
Website Analytics and Advertising
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics, enquiry attribution and advertising measurement, including Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. These tools may collect information such as device type, browser information, pages visited, referral source and advertising campaign identifiers.
Storage and Overseas Providers (IPP 12)
Some approved technology providers may process or store personal information outside New Zealand. Under Information Privacy Principle 12 of the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, we take reasonable steps to ensure that overseas recipients of personal information are subject to privacy safeguards that are comparable to those under the New Zealand Privacy Act, and we will not disclose personal information to an overseas recipient unless we are satisfied that the information will be held in a manner that is consistent with our obligations under the Act. A breach of the privacy laws of the country or territory in which the overseas recipient holds the information may, in certain circumstances, be treated as a breach of the New Zealand Privacy Act.
Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet accounting, contractual, dispute-resolution and legal obligations.
